Miscellaneous meandering yet again

Another short video of interesting things spotted while out dog walking. Enjoy!


Oh, and right at the end of the video I mention the Japanese word Boketto.

The actual definition is: 'Gazing vacantly into the distance without really thinking about anything specific'.

Sometimes it's good just to let our brains take a rest.

As stress expert Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn  wisely says: 'Non-doing has nothing to do with being indolent or passive. Quite the contrary. It takes great courage and energy to cultivate non-doing, both in stillness and in activity.' 

So get out into those wild spaces and do nothing.
