But it's the Olympiad that interests us here - a gloriously eccentric series of sports including Umbrella Jousting, Tea Pursuit and Cucumber Sandwich Discus.

The Chap Olympiad
August saw the Chap Olympiad return to the Firle Vintage Fair at Firle Place, a Georgian country house on the Sussex Downs. It's part of a three day festival of vintage life in all its glory, with dozens of vintage clothes and homeware stalls, a Victorian funfair, a classic car show and live music, all capped off by a Best Dressed pageant hosted by The Chap magazine.
